Everyone at Pigeon Partners would like to apologise to all our clientele for the delay in bringing you Part 6 of the total clearance sale of all birds belonging to Paul Swindell. Unfortunately, due to illnesses, it has not been possible to get this sale compiled any quicker.
Part 6 of Paul Swindell’s total clearance sale comprises 24 birds all the very best that Paul has ever bred or purchased and the birds round which he would have bred his future race and stock birds from.
Every bird is exceptional but we will highlight some that would star in any distance stock loft.

These wonderful birds will make the perfect stock acquisition for any fancier serious about distance racing into Ireland.
Lot 16 and possibly the star of the sale. In Paul’s opinion, the best racing hen he had in nearly 50 years of pigeons was, and is, without doubt Le Mans Queen. This includes his 2012 2nd open INFC Friendship National winner Queen of the Rain G/dam of Le Mans Queen
She achieved what everyone said was impossible, by recording a time within the race limits from a BICC National race into Ireland. When you consider that the vast majority of the convoy flying from Le Mans were headed to the south of England and most flying less than 200 miles it is an amazing feat that Le Mans Queen flew 516 miles in what was basically a single toss. Whilst others struggled to clock from the Kings cup that weekend this amazing animal set the record books ablaze.
This super Black Chequer Cock is the result of pairing Le Mans Queen back to her maternal G/sire “Extreme Heat”, winner of 4th Open INFC Friendship national 2013.
There are also 3 sons and 3 daughters of Broken Wing, believed by Paul to be one of the most important stock cocks he ever owned.
Part 6 has something for everyone especially the fancier serious about clocking birds from France on even the hardest of days, something that Paul Swindell has done with regularity down the years.
