Proxy Bidding, Also known as Commission Bidding is a concept in which the system automatically bids on your behalf up to the maximum bid amount that you have chosen (“Max Bid”).

Your leading bid will be placed from your max bid, at one increment above the competing bid, thus keeping you in the top position until your “Max Bid” is reached. The driver of the “Max Bid” is bids from other bidders.

This is simply to make the online auction process much easier and less time-consuming. Proxy Bid is the Maximum Bid and not the Current Bid.

  • If auction price is between 0 and 750 the bid increment is 10
  • If auction price is between 750 and 1500 the bid increment is 25
  • If auction price is between 1500 and 2500 the bid increment is 50
  • If auction price is over 2500 the bid increment is 100

Description

A super sale of the best of European Middle and Long distance stock birds are offered to the fancy by Bogdan Stroe due to a change in personal circumstances, forcing the sale of his team of future stock birds, which were aimed at producing his next crop to compete in the One Loft Race circuits around the world. Whilst Bogdan did test the progeny of these birds successfully on the tough inland circuit of Irish Pigeon Racing, it is an incomplete project – and one which has been a difficult decision for Bogdan to take to let this colony of birds go !
This sale has it all, with specific top performing birds featuring some of the best lines from ; Marcel Aelebrech, Hermans-Ceusters, Leo Heremans, Gaston Van de Wouwer, B & J Geerinckx, Batterburg Van De Merve, Op de Beeck-Baetens, Van Den Berg, Niko Volkens, Mark Van Den Berg, F & J Vandenheede, Dirk Van Dyck, Florea Sorin, Eric Limbourg, Marina Van De Velde, Jan Hooymans, David Clausing and Pros Roosen.

The birds feature the lines of many top pigeons, mostly purchased at the Pipa Elite centre by Sorin Florea who is the very good friend of Bogdan Stroe, who has enjoyed access to these great lines of middle and long distance pigeons. The lines of “Di Caprio”, “Bak 17”, “Gladiator”, “Wittekop Sylvester”, “Iron Lady”, “New Laureaat”, “De Narbonne” and Maja”, to name but a few, are in generous mix throughout the 24 selected lots. Sorin Florea runs the Sparta 300 loft and pigeon business in Bucharest, Romania and counts as one of the largest racing pigeon purchasers in Europe, if not the world. He breeds from a very large colony of top-class genetics at his lofts from a myriad of pigeon families.

Pigeon Partners are delighted to be able to offer these pigeons to their client base, in a sale which will last for 2 weeks, beginning on Nov 13th and finishing on Nov. 26th. All of the birds are in Ireland at their home lofts, are vaccinated and available for collection or delivery throughout Ireland, The U.K. and further afield via our network of couriers and agents. A catalogue will be made available prior to the closing of the sale on our website, and we welcome any queries which might arise around registering, bidding, paying or transport at any time over the course of the sale. We can be reached via the contact details on the website, in addition to Facebook, Whats App, Phone and Email.
